Cross Connect / Cabling Term Contract

On-site support:
• Uncrating mounting, replace or remove of customers equipment according to instruction.
• Packing of equipment for shipping of replaced equipment
• Running cables provided by customers
• Log in to console port of equipment, soft reboot, input commands or capture equipment information according to customers instruction.
• Equipment interface card installation/removal

Test carrier circuits:
• Coordinating with the local access provider, using field test equipment’s and insertion of hardware loops etc.(Search testing includes both electrical and optical interface)

Cables Patching:
• Perform patching at MMR, IDF and customers rack according to customers instruction
Test cross-connect cables:
• Perform segment end to end testing of both electrical and optical cables.

Site Audit Work:
• Perform physical audit of equipment and cabling, producing reports after the site audit
Super express service:
• Perform the installation work of cross-connect within the same business days from the service request confirmation date by the cabling contractor.

DC operation support
• Unpacking, mounting and unmounting of IT equipment within a single location (DC)
• movie of equipment within Datacentre
• Cable management and power up test if required.
