Acsys Intelligent Access Management System – Keyed / Keyless

At its highest level, the Acsys Access Management System is a complete keyed / keyless smart lock solution that integrates with your existing surveillance and door sensor system using its web/app-based Intelligent Access Management System (iAMS), therefore featuring real-time visibility and control.
For the keyed solution, its battery is only located in the key itself, enabling the locks to be wire-free, maintenance-free, and can be retrofitted to any doors without the need to set up costly supporting infrastructures.
Access for the authorized is granted via the mobile app and is sent to the key via Bluetooth with AES 128-bit point-to-point encryption, making obtaining access on the go possible.
Together with the integration of surveillance and door sensor systems, footage and door status are captured and tracked in the iAMS, ensuring a higher level of accuracy in its access audit trails than standard standalone smart locking solutions
The enterprise version of the iAMS also packs multiple modules like API Connect, Management Information Systems (Real-time analytics of assets and workforce), Field Operation (Automate access through work orders), Team Center (Collaborate tools to accelerate data review workflow), and many more, for a truly smart and efficient workflow and access management system that brings real-time value in operational cost savings for the user.
