Yi-Ke Innovations thank all delegates who visited our booth during the Singapore Cloud & Datacenter Convention held at Sands Expo & Convention Hall yesterday! The number of visitors we received exceeded our expectations and a big thank you to everyone for the overwhelming interest in our latest DC IoT Solution.

We hope that everyone liked the little succulents that we gave out as door gifts and hope it can be the start of Yi-Ke Innovations’ green transformation of your data centres.

For those who were unable to attend the event, here’s a short recap of what happened at Yi-Ke Innovations’ participation in the Singapore Cloud & Datacentre Convention 2022.

Digitization and new technologies like hybrid cloud, 5G wireless, IoT, and A.I.-based applications have pushed the limits of Singapore data centres to near full capacity.

With datacentres accounting for 7% of Singapore’s Annual Energy Consumption in 2021, together with the new stringent energy consumption regulations for datacentre new builds in 2022, Xavier, our Technical Specialist Lead, addressed this to Leverage AI for Smarter & Greener Datacentres during the “Technology Bench” session.

1 Case study Xavier shared was the Gram Strategy by Mazda Motor Corp, a method it uses to shave weight from every component of their car, overall achieving better fuel economy, performance, and a better driving experience through the accumulated weight savings.

Just like Mazda, Datacentres can adopt a similar strategy with the aid of Yi-Ke Innovations, to shave off energy consumption at every component and in turn achieve a greener and smarter DC environment.
